Return Policy

We want you to love your Skye Sportswear—however, due to hygiene and quality standards, we have a strict return policy.

Activewear Returns

  • Activewear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Subscription box items

How to Start a Return

Email wecare@skyesportswear.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once inspected. Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and carrier, typically 3–7 business days within the U.S. 15-30 International

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
